Cerita berawal sejak dipublishnya Rancangan Peraturan Menteri (RPM) dari Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika tentang Pedoman Konten Multimedia pada sekitar 11 Februari 2010 lalu. Tidak menunggu lama, reaksi langsung bermunculan atas RPM tersebut dan sudah pasti banyak yang keberatan. RPM tentang Konten Multimedia memicu kontroversi karena dinilai dapat mengekang kebebasan berekspresi seperti pada masa Orde Baru. Tidak kepalang tanggung, ada lima pasal khusus yang memuat soal larangan. Ada larangan berarti ada pagar pembatas yang jika diterabas akan diterkam sanksi, tapi juga menarik untuk dikritisi. Jadi apa saja yang dilarang ya ?

Paypal Memberi Bukti
Masih ingat program Paypal Wishlist yang ngebuzz lewat Facebook pada November hingga akhir Desember tahun lalu ?. Pada waktu itu program yang digelar paypal berkolaborasi dengan facebook ini menjanjikan reward hingga $100 buat yang ikutan dan berhasil mengumpulkan hingga $100.
